Listening

Being able to talk, listen and be heard is very important. A couple will need to talk about their worries and their feelings with each other. It's important to be able to talk freely when you need to get things off your chest, with an open heart and without being judged - this is the sign of a healthy relationship.

Being yourself

Being able to be yourself is very important as it means that your other half loves you for you and not trying to change you in any way. They accept all the great things about you and your flaws, which many couples find hard to do.
