i think i have kidney failure..
it's jus a hunch
but i won't give much thought unless there are alot of signs (obvious to me)

right now not enough sleep
last caffeine shot is a few sips of coke at night
with funny-tasting maggi mee

then 1 can of pepsi in south canteen
and before that, the main source of caffeine, the cup of heavenly coffee from sch FJ ..


oh well .. that's what got me into this kidney failure mess anyway
i hope it's jus some false alarm

for the past .. 6 months or so, i was drinking very very little plain water
95% coke/caffeinated drinks everyday

about 1 week ago, i noticed that my urine is totally clear, transparent .. white .. which means healthy rite !
but the problem is that i drink almost nothing but coke !

every morning i will finish 1 can of coke
on average i drink like 3 cans everyday

i'm finishing my 3rd carton of coke soon.. (in .. weeks? lol)

the urine was a warning sign to me
cos i'm kinda of paranoid
then my legs became damn weak
for no reason pain .. which is rare lor
and today i went to toilet to release water like 10 times

i dunno ..
the reason i'm posting it here is to prevent me from forgetting when i started noticing the signs and what the signs are..

i really hope that it's a false alarm sia ..
my left knee's hurting now

i need to sleep
